Don Herrmann, MBA, SPHR, CPC is founder and President of Herrmann Advantage Consulting, LLC in Appleton, Wisconsin. He has been a senior level executive for a number of companies in multiple industries with both domestic and global responsibilities. Don's industry experience includes distribution, logistics, retail, financial services, construction, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense.

He completed a career in the U.S. Army where his duties took him around the globe with unique assignments at the White House, the Pentagon, and the United Nations. He also was visiting faculty at many U.S. Army schools of advanced leadership including the US Army War College, the US Army Command and General Staff College, and the US Army Sergeants Major Academy.

Don has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Western Illinois University, a Masters in Business Administration from Brenau University, and additional graduate work with Central Michigan University.

Don is an adjunct faculty member of Marian University where he teaches Management subjects at both the Graduate and Undergraduate level. He is also Adjunct Faculty at the University of Phoenix where he teaches Graduate and Undergraduate courses in Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics and Human Resources.

Further, he serves on the Academic Advisory Board for Moraine Park Technical College.

Don is professionally certified as a Green Belt in Six Sigma, and a Certified Professional Coach.

Herrmann Advantage Consulting was founded in 2008 and has been working with businesses and individuals improving performance, productivity, and profitability throughout the United States. In 2013, it began to focus exclusively on small businesses of approximately 50 employees or less.
